Having the option to rent to buy our property from Michael came at a time when we were unable to secure a mortgage from our bank because of an insecure business outlook.

We were fortunate to find a property within our price range and Michael secured the sale for us.

We are very happy in our home and have lived here for coming up four years. We have a good relationship with our financier and his company and to all intents and purposes this is our home.

As rents have rapidly increased our weekly payments, are now not much more than what we would be paying for a rental.

The security we now enjoy, not having to move when rentals are sold, has made ourselves and our children far more settled.

I believe we were fledglings in his business plan and now many more Whangarei residents enjoy the same security we do. This is reassuring as a growing business with a sound base offers security for our investment.

Myself Teresa and my daughter Kayla were given an opportunity of a life time,… a chance to have a home of our own.

It was really an opportunity of a lifetime, because an average Joe these days find it hard and even impossible to afford a deposit or even earn enough for the bank to lend on a home loan.

Mike and Melanie gave me this incredible opportunity, and with a bit of work on my home I have a great and profitable investment for myself and my child.
